Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SiteXure, a website security scanning service operated by Lilly Tech Systems LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using SiteXure, you agree to these Terms.

1. What SiteXure does

SiteXure runs a baseline (passive) security checkup of a website and explains common issues in plain language with suggested fixes. It is a helpful checkup, not a full security audit or penetration test, and it cannot find every issue or guarantee that a site is secure.

2. Authorized use only

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any address you submit. You agree not to use SiteXure to scan, probe, or attack any system without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@lillytechsystems.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• The Free plan includes a limited number of scans. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) unlock additional features as described on our Pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will try to make it right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, resell it without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

SiteXure, its content, and its branding are owned by Lilly Tech Systems LLC. Your scan inputs and reports remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and generate your reports.

7. Disclaimer

SiteXure is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. A passing checkup does not mean a site is fully secure, and we are not responsible for vulnerabilities the scan does not detect.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilly Tech Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using SiteXure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lilly Tech Systems LLC in its place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
