SiteXure ("we", "us") is a website security scanning service operated by Lilly Tech Systems LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email contact@lillytechsystems.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Scan information: the website addresses (URLs) you submit and the results of those scans, so we can show you your reports and history.
- Payment information: if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we keep a Stripe customer reference and your plan status.
- Technical information: basic logs such as IP address and timestamps, used to operate the service securely and prevent abuse.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: run scans, generate plain-English findings and fixes, and show your reports and history.
- To process subscriptions and manage your plan.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To respond to your requests and send important service messages.
Service providers we share with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run SiteXure. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Anthropic to generate the plain-English explanations and fixes. The technical details of a finding (for example, the issue name and description) are sent to generate guidance.
- Cloud hosting and email providers that run our infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information.
About the sites you scan
You must only scan websites you own or are explicitly authorized to test (see our Terms). We store scan results so you can revisit your reports; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Data retention
We keep your account and scan data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (for example, payment records) to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@lillytechsystems.com.
Cookies
We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
SiteXure is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you.
